Tri-County Certified Inspections, Inc. is dedicated to providing residential and commercial inspection services as well as HERS Ratings in over ten counties.

Our team of Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI) are all members and in good standing with the International Association of Certified Inspectors. Each inspector has passed InterNACHI’s On-line Inspector Examination, abides by the InterNACHI strict Code of Ethics and follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and fulfills 24 hours of Continuing Education and Inspection related training every year.

TCCI carries General Liability and Errors and Omission insurance.
